I've often wondered that myself! They should be getting pulled over all the time for আসন বেল্ট violation! Maybe it's a particular mindset associated with the car. Hardly anyone used আসন belts back then, so maybe Kripke was going for that look of "freedom" associated with cars from that era. But they really should wear them!!

To answer whether অথবা not the Impala actually has seatbelts: Yes! The most common আসন বেল্ট are the lap belts (belts without a shoulder harness) both 2 in the front and 2 back seat. Why it doesn't প্রদর্শনী them actually clipping them on is something I can only speculate! Source: I own one.

If the car has lap belts, could it be possible that they are supposedly wearing them but we just don't see?

Yes, it's definitely possible that they are wearing them - they're quite easy to put on. The car definitely has lap belts though, the picture attached above is of the actual Hero car!

I just realised, the episode "Baby" from season 11 might actually প্রদর্শনী Sam put his বেল্ট on! I can't remember clearly, but I'm pretty sure.
