Have Sam and Dean ever gone to North Dakota?

I've been marking off the places they were and I can't find if they were there অথবা not.

They use the location names, but they aren't there..atleast, it's good marketing for these spots...for অনুরাগী like us.

Wouldn't they travel there to get the car then? But they weren't shown doing so.

They've mentioned cases in New York state, if not in the city itself. They've also had cases in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco, so they do go to densely populated locations.

The very definition of Rogue means they have no boss..right? Why প্রতিবেদন to anyone if they are Rogue? They are free..

I thought rogue just meant they didn't work for their normal অথবা original boss.
