Was it ever actually ব্যক্ত in the epilogue that Katniss and Peeta were married?

I know that they have two kids and that we're supposed to assume that they are married, and that that they probably are married, but I don't remember it actually being said.

peeta says "you প্রণয় me real অথবা not real" and katniss উত্তর "real" very last sentance of mockingjay then it goes into epilogue I READ THE বই 4 TIMES EACH!!!!!!

Well, আপনি should assume, but why hasn't the same প্রশ্ন come up for the Harry Potter epilogues,I mean did it actually STATE that Harry/ Ginny Ron/Hermione actually get married.
