What does the afterword mean?

Ok, so I know there are only three other অনুরাগী in this group... but hopefully one of আপনি can help me out! I loved this book almost as much as I loved The Hunger Games (and that's saying something), but I didn't quite understand the last part, the letter from the WICKED woman. Was she one of the people that took them from the maze? She ব্যক্ত that they responded well to the murder and the "rescue"... so that was all part of the test too? Just looks for some clarification. Thanks!

yeah she was part of the maze and everything was part of the test i think, but we can figure out in the সেকেন্ড book :)

i know this is kinda an old post, but i think that basically the maze was just a big test basically, and after watching them live in if for a while they wanted them to try toescape. thats why they sent in new people who knew how to get out, the murder and the rescue were just আরো tests i guess :]

Generally saying it was all a part of the "test" with all the grievers etc... she was one of "them" who took them to the maze. There was a reason for the "doors" to stay open so the kids could find out how to get out. There was a reason behind it all which oviously in the পরবর্তি few বই every one got infested like zombies etc so technically they kept the teens there for really that purpose. THE WICKED did technically save them from this.

There is a fourth book. But it's a prequel. Good news, there is The fever code. Newt is in it. It takes place before the maze. It explains a lot of loose ends. They develop the characters more. There is only going to be three films.
