I know this writer's strike is devastating to most অনুরাগী of The Office as it means that production for the 4th season has been shut down, but it is important that the writers of such an amazing প্রদর্শনী are fairly compensated for their talent.

NBC has episodes of The Office on their website for free (but with ads) and on DVD. However, the writers aren't paid for these massive sales.
