Am I the only one who doesnt have a deviant art?? -.-

I don't have one either! I'd really like on, butI don't understand the terms of service either. And also, thousands of deviantART art is stolen and plaigarized everyday! I don't want my art stolen!

I doubt you'd be the only one who doesn't have a DeviantArt account (as stated দ্বারা a few people). Though, I have one. I could explain a few things from the Terms of Service, but that sounds like it would take too long (I'll explain briefly). আপনি could always read the FAQS too.

1) Availability: DA can discontinue their service to আপনি anytime if needed.
2) Privacy: আপনি agree to the privacy policy (link to another page). Keep in mind, posting art ANYWHERE on the internet is likely to get stolen. Its not just DeviantArt.
3) Trademarks: DA is not responsible for আপনি posting any identity to DA অথবা third parties.
4) Copyright: Whatever আপনি submit, আপনি must be the owner. Basically, it means that আপনি shouldn't steal someone's artwork and claim that its yours.
5)Reporting Copyright Violations: Anything that sounds like it violates the copyright policy, আপনি should প্রতিবেদন it to the staff.
6) External links: Anyone can link to another site, however, DA is not responsible for the availability অথবা risks. (Straightforward, right?)
7) Third Party Software: DA offers third party through its services. DA isn't responsible for that either. You're responsible for পাঠ করা that thing's own terms of services.
8. Conduct: Do not lie, অথবা whatever আপনি think sounds bad. Whatever happens to you, আপনি do not penalize DA when you're held responsible.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability: Should be straightforward.
10. Amendment of the Terms: If you're a member, আপনি agree to the terms and follows them. If not, DA could discontinue their services to you.
11. General: Should be straightforward.

The rest relates to members pretty much. Sounds pretty straightforward.
...Yeah, I know this wasn't really what আপনি were asking. If আপনি don't understand what I typed, than I don't know if it could be explained even আরো briefer and better.
How is it hard to make an account? If you're older than thirteen and have an e-mail account, আপনি could register easy. Whether অথবা not আপনি do register is up to you. I don't really care either way...
