I think আপনি need to spend a lot of time on the spot and posts numerous articles, images, questions, pop ক্যুইজ প্রশ্ন etc. That's what I did when I became a dedicated অনুরাগী to this spot :)
Simple, আপনি go to fanpop's homepage and find the section where it talks about clubs. At the শীর্ষ right of the section it says "create a spot" and আপনি simply click on that :)
