First off, this doesn't belong on the Twilight spot at all!
Anyways, আপনি go to the ফ্যানপপ homepage (www.fanpop.com), scroll down to about a little আরো than half-way and you'll see a শিরোনাম that says "browse clubs." Like right পরবর্তি to it is a button that says "create new club." আপনি click it and you're ready to go (but please just make sure that there already isn't a spot for that thing) :]
