Men can repurdouce sperm at any time. The sperm is inside a male at birt. Women don't release thier egg until thier monthly cycle. Rose, Alice, and Esme can't have thier monthly cycle which stops them from becoming pregnant. Men can produce sperm at anytime.

considering that men dont change monthly, they just stay the same their whole life, Edward still had his "little swimmers" so yeah...but women vamps cant have babys cause their body needs to be able to change for the baby and ভ্যাম্পায়ার cant change.
