Okay… So I never actually played much Kingdom Hearts games. I played the first game with my friend, and thought, “Boy, this is fucking stupid, but I liked that gameplay. Maybe if they worked on the লেখা a little more, I’d try out আরো of this game”. And then I played Kingdom Hearts 2… The লেখা never got better, but hey, who cares at this point. Let’s talk about how great Kingdom Hearts is.
So I did not play Chain of Memories before going into 2, (Mistake on my part), so I just read a few pages on the plot বিবরণ so I could be less confused, and came to the conclusion that this is all about Sora looking for his বন্ধু Kairi and Riku, and fight the last remnants of the Nobodies and Organization XIII, and also something about Roxas and the Ansem Nobody and my brain already hurts. But hey, let’s try not to focus on that and focus on the gameplay of it. The game plays like a usual JRPG… BUT WITH ডিজনি CHARACTERS! Even if আপনি aren’t that big into JRPGs, surely the characters will be enough to interest you, like the usual Sora, Donald and Goofy (And আপনি have to say their names in that order. It’s the law). But the worlds of these games were a ton of fun to explore. My পছন্দ being the Beast’s Castle, হ্যালোইন Town, মহাকাশ Paranoids, The Timeless River, and The World that Never Was. That last one isn’t Disney, but I প্রণয় the aesthetics of it. There are some stinker levels in here, like Twilight Town drags on for two hours and Atlantica makes my soul hurt. But the game আরো than makes up with it with the combat. Like damn, I was not expecting this game to be this good with it’s combat. আপনি have a series of combos, magical attacks, different Keyblades to use, and can grab enemies to use their attacks against them and other enemies. It all works pretty fluently, and while Donald and Goofy do just kinda fuck about in the background, having Donald heal and Goofy..do something does help in some regard. And the designs of the Heartless and Nobodies are a touch I really like. I প্রণয় these cartoony over-exaggerated monster designs. They look so iconic to this franchise and I can’t get enough of seeing the default Heartless and the default Nobodies no matter how many times I cave their skulls in with a giant key.
I have yet to play any other Kingdom Hearts games after 2, mostly due to lacking the time to understand the full story, but I do হৃদয় that the full story is out on PS4, which certainly does help out a ton. Kingdom Hearts 2 just had the most fun and charm of the two games I did play, and I will happily come back to it again. I mean, at least it’s আরো loved than Kingdom Hearts 3 right now. I haven’t seen much of it for spoilers sake, but man, people do not seem happy
