PLEASE HELP i need a little help with a character any suggestions?

In this story I'm লেখা I'm telling my characters origin with a bit of a back story on his parents before he's born and on.
anyways my character from birth is in a lab were they experiment on mutants trying to make a better human weapon.Which brings me to the character i need help with at the moment he's scientist(which most likely won't change) His personality is like Frollo in the Hunchback of Notre dame(disney version) and well i need some help coming up with a বিবরণ for him and a name
I'm open for any suggestions even if they seem stupid to আপনি put them down anyways they might come of use to me

the video was just to প্রদর্শনী who Frollo was if anyone didn't know
