are আপনি allowed to do this? (click on this. NOW.)

আপনি know with stories how আপনি can put poems in manuscript? well, are আপনি allowed to put song verses in them? cuz the story that im লেখা right now is heavily inspired দ্বারা Evanescence, and so i put some of their song verses in the story. is this allowed? অথবা do i need to get permission?

cuz songs are still poems, just MUSICAL ones

I don't think আপনি should give up hope just yet. I think আপনি can include a small portion of the song/poem, but over a certain amount of lines আপনি have to pay royalties. Also, আপনি might be able to reference the song without actually using the song. So, আপনি might be able to say the title. However, I'm not an expert, so keep looking into it. আপনি might be able to finish your story without quoting the song. If আপনি publish, আপনি can always acknowledge the song in your thank you's. just like center it and put it in italics and then put a dash অথবা squiggle (~) and say "whatever song দ্বারা whoever" and it'll prolly be fine and dandy
