Should I base my story in a real-life place অথবা just make a really, really যেভাবে খুশী adress up? (again, read বিবরণ before answering)

Well, if you're doing it in another country, I'd do a lot of map studying and geography. I agree আপনি should have it set in a real-life place, mostly because its আরো relateable. Like whenever people go to a place like Fork's Washington, people can stop and say 'this is where twilight happened' অথবা in Divergent.

But, since আপনি live all the way in Europe, you'd have to really pull out geographical textbooks. আপনি don't know what the people here are like, অথবা what certain places can be like. আপনি don't want to make the mistake of having Kansas be cold (ugh, its soo hot there) just because its north.

Having a made up place can be easier but never feels...realistic. It can be easier because its your world and there's no telling what in there, the climate can be completely different!

I would go with the real place (nice pick, USA). Even though you'll have আরো studying, its always worth it.

They both have their advantages. As far as town names it's hard to be unrealistic with names cause I've seen some pretty weird names for towns. I mean in Virginia there is a town named after the Flintstones. Being from North Carolina myself আপনি might want to do some research if you've never been since there are several regions and our state's one of the most diverse having a সৈকত on one end and the mountains on the other and four seasons that are actually noticeable.
