Story about Bullying?

Okay, so I will be starting on my story about bullying. It's about a boy who gets bullied from being depressed and suicidal... also cutting. He lives in North Carolina. And this girl has been bullied too, but she goes to a small school that helps her with her emotional problems. Should the girl সরানো to North Carolina with her aunt and be there for the boy...and she starts to get bullied too দ্বারা being the boy's only friend? অথবা should the boy সরানো to the school where the girl attends. That school the girl attends has kids that have emotional problems, and they'd bully the boy like he had been back in NC.

I'm asking because I just can't choose.
