Having never published a book yet and not that adept at cooking I'm not that clued up on the subject, but for any book publishing I recommend আপনি get a copy of this year's Writer's and Artists Yearbook, আপনি should be able to get one at your local bookshop and maybe some newsagents; I'm fairly sure they have stuff for cookery writers, though it might be worth flipping through just to make sure. The Yearbook lists pretty much all the publishers and agents for books, plays etc and also has tips and উপদেশ from leading writers, agents, publishers and such, though these tend to be aimed আরো at novelists and illustrators. Also maybe আপনি could get a professional photographer অথবা something; cookery and craft বই seem to depend a lot on high-quality images, maybe আপনি could do a bit of research on the subject.
