One book অথবা a trilogy?

I'm currently লেখা a book and I don't know if I should make it one book অথবা a trilogy. I'd like to make it a trilogy, but I'm not sure they would be long enough. One book would be about 200-250 pages. What are your thoughts?

Honestly, I feel like trilogies and series are overdone at the moment. I'd much rather read a really strong standalone novel than an average/good trilogy.
