This actually checks out. In my country we have some sort of.... um, how do I put this.....um.... fair which is organized by people from every country in the world (including ourselves) where, well you get it (if you message me, I'll explain it better). If you pass by a (insert country name here) stand, the atmosphere is pretty much like in this article, in a good and bad way.
Oh, and the whole "Poland is considered a country of car thieves by the Germans", that would make an awesome chapter in the manga
