Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that জীবন্ত অথবা জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা is only জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা অথবা জীবন্ত IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
আপনি could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

আপনি can make the english version then the japanese version but আপনি cannot make an জীবন্ত without the japanese version because জীবন্ত is a japanese অ্যানিমেশন so is জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা (and আপনি dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn আরো languages that is good so if আপনি would like to make an জীবন্ত অথবা জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা translate it on গুগুল translate অথবা any translation website)
