Well... A love-hate relationship is where a character hates another, but the one they hate secretly loves them, right? হেটালিয়া might count. Russia and China have a sort of love-hate thing going on. Russia seems to really like China, and China is just scared of him. Same with America and England. America still seems a bit attached to England, but England takes every opporatunity to call him a fatass অথবা an idiot. I dunno, though...
