Uh... A kuudere is a girl that appears cold and of few emotions, but is secretly sweet and caring. Not emotionless. So I'll go with Miss Sakaki from Azumanga Daioh.

Many will misunderstand her and see her as an antagonist at first due to her cold personality, but as the story progresses আপনি will realise she has some really good intentions hiding behind her cold front!
