For Ouran, try thinking of some of those creative cosplays the Hosts did. আপনি can dress as one of the characters in those. Although, I would suggest trying to base your cosplay on your height.
Otherwise, I have a pretty good idea. Get two friends. If you're into Hetalia, আপনি guys can dress up as the Bad Touch Trio and hang around being idiots all day!~
