That's because all the veteran জীবন্ত অনুরাগী হারিয়ে গেছে interest in the fandom when জীবন্ত went mainstream. They were always complaining how new জীবন্ত was cliche & low budget & pandered to the lowest common denominator. But once I get into something, I like to be a অনুরাগী for life.

Wow, your school লাইব্রেরি has manga? Mine tried it for a month, but after 5 were stolen, that was it.

Fansubs were a pain in the গাধা to get through mail. They were free but আপনি had to pay quite a bit for shipping.

Don't blame আপনি for only downloading, Japanese CDs & DVDs are obscenely expencive; $11 for a single, $40 for an album, $60 for a DVD with only 3 episodes. & those prices were BEFORE the economy went to shit. I dont; even want to know how inflated they are now.
