well i did a গুগুল image খুঁজুন and i got this name

rinyuki hanzai shippuuden

so her name is rinyuki hanzai

and i thinks she from নারুত

i hope this helps X)

Looked for awhile. It appears to be an original fanmade নারুত Shuppuden character made দ্বারা Meyxrabbit. She can draw, but her art style seems inconsistent. She has a fanbase on DA & photobucket, but she does little আরো than make OCs.
