HappyHallowenAnimeFans!MyHighSchools AnimeClub Is Having A Party!!! and i need help?

i'm making কাপকেক for my HighSchools জীবন্ত and জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা club HALLOWEN PARTY but i can't decide on decorations for the cupcakes?
here are the flavours (by choice of the club)

PeanutButter,StrawberryMilk,WhiteChocolate,and CarotteCake

have any ideas for decorations, i already did a Vanilla কেক with and এল-মৃত্যু পত্র symbol(AKA form Death Note) but i can't think of anything else

The Japanese symbols for thing like leader (The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) অথবা symbols for cat and meow stuff like that
if আপনি feel confident go ahead and try to do some চিবি heads on them of জীবন্ত characters
সঙ্গীত notes (vocaloids)
আপনি could also make symbols from animes/manga (a characters weapon অথবা trademark) like a bow and অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো for madoka (puella magi madoka magica)
আপনি could also dye frosting রঙ that would represent a character as well, like black frosting and then 3 white strips for kid (soul eater)
