There are so many things I could say about why I thought SAO was a terrible show. The first 2-3 episodes are good, really good actually I was quite pulled in. Then it just goes straight downhill faster than a roller coaster. Enter in harem king Kirito, making every girl fall in প্রণয় with him including his own cousin/sister. Let's not forget about his OP moves and the fact that the once possible strong female character Asuna, end up not even appearing for half the series and when she does it's either to become one with Kirito অথবা to play damsel in distress. If আপনি were hoping for plot, better skip to about a quarter way in to the show, after the first episode it doesn't প্রদর্শনী about again for about another 7ish episodes. If you're still daring enough to keep with the প্রদর্শনী after all that, the সেকেন্ড half of the show, well if the first half was a downhill roller coaster this half mise as well be so far underground you're halfway to China. But for the sake of spoilers I'm just gonna stop.
Long story short, I don't think it's a good প্রদর্শনী and I don't think আপনি should watch it. If you're looking for an জীবন্ত with a similar theme (trapped in a game) there are many other options. .hack/sign, Log Horizon, Accel World, BTOOOM; despite what people think SAO is not that original.
Try it if আপনি must, if anything because it's so popular; personally I think it's honestly one of the worst things I've ever seen. But to each their own way.
