Add a picture to the ছবি on your পরিলেখ page. Once আপনি do, click on the ছবি button on your পরিলেখ page, and look for the picture that আপনি want. Once আপনি find it, you'll see a small button that looks like a person. Click on that person and you'll have your পরিলেখ picture. As for background, this only works on সংগঠন you've created. আপনি need to click on the সম্পাদনা button, and go the Banner option, and select a picture to the ones আপনি have saved and উঠিয়ে রাখুন it to the banner. This also works for the সংগঠন পরিলেখ picture as well, only smaller. I hope this all helps
