Does Kei from Haikyuu and Shiho from Owari no seraph look alike??

First thing I thought of when I saw Owari no seraph

There are a lot of theories (not real ones, just অনুরাগী rants mostly) about how they are related অথবা Kei gave up on his ভলিবলখেলা career, dyed his hair, and became a soldier once the virus broke out. Similar characters are the best.
