With the first show I thought it was only the wife who had survived but with the second it seems that something else is going on and it is as though Michael has gotten himself into some sort of trouble and is being watched. It appears that someone is out to get him and or kill him.

My first impression of the pilot impacted me enough to watch the next episode. I'm currently watching the second episode. Right away I noticed he went ffrom a scene with his son, only waking up to scene with his wife. (?) There was more revealed to me from the pilot episode after watching the second episode. For example, in the pilot he seemed to pick up clues from his unconscious state to solve his cases in the conscious state, which led me to believe that"s where the show was going. But wait, there"s more! Come to find out that there's a conspiracy involving the death of his family. Stay tuned.

I think his wifes reality is the dream. And his sons is real.
