Chocoholics are less likely to have হৃদয় disease than those without a sweet tooth, a US study has found.
People who ate চকোলেট আরো than five times a week were 57 per cent less likely to have coronary হৃদয় disease than those who never ate it, according to the study of almost 5000 Americans.
This was after taking into account other factors such as সামগ্রিক energy and ফলমূল and vegetable intake, and family history of হৃদয় disease.
People who ate চকোলেট less frequently, between one and four times each week, were 26 per cent less likely to have হৃদয় disease.
