Go to this সংগঠন homepage, scroll down to চলচ্ছবি and click "Add Video". Then, simply add the চলচ্ছবি শিরোনাম and the লিঙ্ক *address* of the video আপনি wish to add. Enter the বিবরণ and মূলশব্দ then submit.
I thought আপনি WERE trying to উঠিয়ে রাখুন from YouTube. I think that's the only site চলচ্ছবি can be added from, অথবা at least they're the only চলচ্ছবি I've ever seen here.
