i havent see the episodes 18,19,20 n 21 of the first season.. but i have seen some pictures of artie out of his wheelchair.. isnt he handicap anymore?

In the episode "Dream On" everyone expresses their deepest desires. Arty wants to be a dancer, and has a dream sequence where he dances to the Safety Dance.

No, he's still handicapped but he had a dream that he could walk in one episode so we got to see Kevin dance. :D
