its way too early for CBS to announce when season 1 is coming out on DVD, especially when that season hasn't even concluded yet here in North America (they're going into episode 20 of 24). I'm assuming it will most likely be in August অথবা early September.

My best suggestion is towards the end of the summer, go to tvshowsondvd.com and type in Hawaii Five-0 and it will definitely say on there.
