Being 6 am, Hugh decided to get up to see if David called. There was no reception on the bedroom so he went to the living room. There he could see Lisa lying asleep in a couch, she was trembling, probably from the cold. He smiled and went to sit পরবর্তি to her. He slid his hand above her cheek making her flinch. “What was on your mind?” He asked putting a straw of hair behind her ear, she flinched again. It was too soon for her to feel his warm touch again but she didn’t jerk his hand away since she knew it would look like a childish action.
“Things” She whispered. Hugh pulled her towards his chest and Lisa sighed.
“What kind of things?”He ব্যক্ত putting his arms around her waist.
“About life stuff.”
“Still thinking about the afternoon stuff?” She nodded although she was lying, her thoughts were dizzying and spinning around her head. And they all were focused on him and them.
“Look আপনি shouldn’t worry about that. I bet you’ll find a man that would take care of আপনি and that loves আপনি আরো than any-“
“What about us?” His hand stopped dead in tracks on শীর্ষ of her head. The প্রশ্ন froze his veins. He turned to see Lisa’s blue eyes, so bright as always and he couldn’t help but reply.
“Us?” Lisa didn’t want to freak Hugh. She wasn’t expecting anything, she didn’t know what to expect but whatever Hugh meant দ্বারা that us? Told her it was going to be a complicated response. She took advantage of the shock in Hugh and sat away from him to see his expression better. “I know that it is complicated but there are so many other things. Like is this just a one night stand? Were আপনি just playing with me? What is going to happen? How can I get away from আপনি when I am trapped in this freaking goddamn storm?!” There were some tears appearing in both pairs of eyes. He didn’t know what to say, he was asking the same questions.
“What am I supposed to respond? That this was the event to প্রদর্শনী us that we belong together? That it’s all gonna be প্যানকেকস and muffins after this? That it was a mistake that should never happen again? Lisa,” He caressed her cheek, “there are many উত্তর to these questions.”
