I do not know who the creator of this spot is, unfortunately.

If আপনি can't find the creator আপনি could contact the F4 and ask them to change the প্রতীকী and banner.
Make sure আপনি উঠিয়ে রাখুন the picture for that in the image section with 'banner' অথবা 'icon' in the শিরোনাম অথবা description. Put a link to those in আপনি message to the F4. It might take a while but usually they will help আপনি out.

Yea it was me who created this spot and Toti knows but the thing is, this প্রশ্ন was made in another Misha Spot that existed, but that one got deleted and everything that was on it passed to this spot, so that's why this প্রশ্ন is here! :)
