Who exactly is the Lady of the Lake?

I am pretty sure it is Freya, because I heard something about her spirit rising up from the lake and giving Arthur the Excalibur in season 3... Could be false,but I think it is Freya.

I can't say for sure, but in the legend (at least the vesions I read) the Lady of The Lake was called Nimueh (aka Vivien). I can see why people might say Freya though, since she was floated into the lake when she died. I agree, it's hard to say since they're both dead.

I was wondering too, infact i was going to make the same প্রশ্ন but narniafreak12 beat me to it so i realy do not know.
