Well, Everyone is strong in their way. But Strongest Pokemon Ever is Mewtwo because its a buffer and stronger version of Mew and it said before that Mew contains every DNA of every Pokemon and is the ancestor of all Pokemons. By saying that Mew has the DNA of Lugia,Rayquaza,Deoxys,ETC!!! so Mew is the 2nd Strongest because Mewtwo is stronger than Mew. But if you guys say that Mewtwo is not a Pokemon chuz he was created in a Lab, well that means Mew is strongest BUT I HAVE TO SAY MEWTWO IS THE STRONGEST!

Okay, Arceus is technically the strongest, but Darkrai has some pretty powerful combos (Experience when lv 50 knocked out my lv 82)

As for weakest, Magikarp, not counting the fact that it can evolve.

Gregor does have a good point though, it all depends on strategy. I've been pwnd by weker players than me because they knew the different type advantages and used it against me.

Deoxys attack form is the strongest

It has the highest attack and special attack stat of any pokemon (180) but has a very very low defence and special defence stats (20):( good thing it learnes recover :)

Mew and Mewtwo. I don't get all the new Poke'mon. Poke'mon started getting crappy after the 3rd generation came out.

this is a very sad forum and i think i have read one liable answer. but to unfortunately rain down on your perpetually insane parade, the strongest pokemon is obviously Arceus. Mewtwo runs in second place, quite frankly thats that. not one pokemon even comes close to them statistically and that is what this forum is talking about. not about using your "ar" to cheat, the cold hard facts are Arceus wins, Mewtwo follows closely behind. even in an opinionated view i believe that Mewtwo is the srongest and thats only because i haven't seen Arceus in a movie or battle.

Im new but i think the strongest pokemon ever is shaymin, once it learns he move that i will list below and with a life orb ,it is unstoppable .BE AWARE thoUgh the life orb boosts you attack, but you lose hp for every attack.
