mewtwo is the strongest pokemon and i'll tell you why.
mewtwo is a clone of mew and mew can transform in everey pokemon even in arceus and he has all the abilities of that pokemon, but he cant transform in mewtwo. mewtwo has all the abilities of mew but he has also his own. so mewtwo also can transform in every pokemon.conclusion mewtwo is the stongest pokemon.

Tranformation isn't the strongest it depends by stats and what level the pokemon is .

star light may not be a pokemon but she can use moves of all pokemon and just by having a fether, scail, or fur, exsd from a pokemon she can turn into that pokemon, so that she can kick some but with out needing a pokemon but she still has pokemon, i made her up myself.

Technically speaking, Deoxys attack forme is the strongest. I believe it has both the highest base Attack and highest base Spec. Attack out of all Pokemon. If you're going off opinion, I'd say Torterra.

2. you will also need to add the factors of life because in a game you can change stats with items so that means that he can explode every other Pokemon mind not including mew, Alaczam and Arceus.
3. 3ed and final he is the most intelligent pokemon tied with Alaczam

Basically we can all agree that Rayquaza is the strongest, you seen Deoxys' attack form hitting Rayquaza alot, and trying to take it down for good, but ends up taken down and had to regenerate for four years . It seems we have our winner . : D Do you agree Near ? I haven't been on in a while and will get that MEDAL .

Feats wise most likely but evaluating the arceus movie has me confused. it shows arceus in the centre with multiple galaxies revolving around him(from his power or his own dimension's gravity field is causing said effect) but a meteor put him near-death, as well as Heatran's attack.

I would prefer Rayquaza to be stronger though.

Ho-oh has no battle feats IIRC therefore highly unlikely to be near the likes of the dragon trio and their master.
